Shopify Return / Exchange Policies
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Blue Point Brewing. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an e-receipt or order confirmation number, is required for all returns or exchanges.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Beer cannot be exchanged or returned.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at brewcrew@bluepointbrewing.com.
- Once your return/exchange request is approved, you will receive further instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Please securely package the item(s) to be returned/exchanged and ship them back to us within 7 days of receiving your confirmation e-mail from brewcrew@bluepointbrewing.com.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return/exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective product or an incorrect size (photo proof may be required for items stating the wrong size was sent).
Refunds/Exchanges: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase, minus any applicable shipping charges and restocking fees (if applicable).
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance at brewcrew@bluepointbrewing.com. We will provide a replacement or initiate a refund as necessary, at no additional cost to you.
Non-Transferable: This return/exchange policy is non-transferable and applies only to purchases made directly through Blue Point Brewing. Purchases made through third-party retailers or other channels may be subject to different return/exchange policies.
Right to Modify: Blue Point Brewing reserves the right to modify or update this return/exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
